Tactical - A player's field awareness, their ability to move intelligently with and without the ball. Understanding of where they need to be on the field at all times •
Physical – Athleticism, ability to get around the field, compete with other players, win individual duels, cover ground, play as much as possible.
Mentality – A player’s mindset, overcome tough moments, focus and concentration throughout a game, willing to work hard, run through a brick wall.
Attitude – Work hard at every session, team player, positive, willing to sacrifice for the team, confident, composed
